| We provide consulting services on process flow designs and fabrication tasks. Different from injection molding, PDMS molding is a room temperature and pressure process. The solidification is achieved through cross linking of the polymer. Other than the ways for making molds for injection molding, the mold for PDMS molding can be made from photo resist pattern. PDMS can be used for complicated 3-D microfluidic circuits. It can be bonded to glass or silicon wafers. The access holes can be punched on cured PDMS chip. Tube connection can be achieved by plugging the capillaries into these holes. |
